Our Texas Pecan wood is a hardwood that is great for the smoker and all varieties of meats. The flavor of pecan wood is stronger than other fruit woods, but milder in flavor compared to mesquite and hickory. Pecan wood has a sweet, nutty, and rich flavor, which is a go-to for poultry. Pecan wood is also strong enough to penetrate beef, pork, and wild game meats as well. All of our firewood is stored indoors until it is ready to be delivered to your home or picked up so that it will be ready to perform when you get it.
